Project management

Ambitious mission: Work with ITSC Europe, the integrated IT Service organisation providing global IT Infrastructure to the Altria group (Worldwide Philip Morris and Kraft Foods companies).

Initially, starting on July 2000, the main role was to provide manage mainframe-related projects, coordinate a team of 6 highly-specialized consultants, interfacing with team members in Switzerland in the preparation of the new ITSC-E structure and providing support to 6 european countries.

The scope increased after some time to include projects in other platforms and services to worldwide customers. The portfolio includes projects over 1M USD and with project teams of 20-50 people, all delivered successfully on time and on budget.
